Acute Respiratory Infection
Adults
Broncafect Phytosynergist or Andrographis Complex (holy basil, echinacea, and Andrographis) take 2 to 3x-daily at 1st symptoms of illness for 10-14 days total.
Fever
Adults
Calcium Lactate Powder or tablets take 1 tsp in glass of water 3-5 x daily

Pediatrics:
Calcium lactate Powder
½ tsp in bottle or cup of water 2-3 x daily
Sore Throat
Adults
Herbal Throat Spray or
Colloidal silver Warm saltwater gargles (8oz warm water & ½ tsp salt + ½ tsp colloidal silver liquid) gargle 3- 6 x daily until better
Viral Infection, inflammation including chills, fever, body aches, nausea or stomach troubles
Adults
Goldenseal, Cats Claw Forte, Astragalus, or Viranon 3-6 x day for 10-14 days for viral infection

Calcium lactate, Immuplex or Congaplex take 3-5 x daily for 10-14 days for immune support
Infants and Pregnancy
Olive leaf and Calcium Lactate 3 x daily
Infants use 1/3 of adult dose or less
Pediatrics +
Congaplex chewables, SP Childrens immune, or ½ tsp. Calcium lactate powder 3 x daily
Sinus Congestion
Adults
Sinus Forte or Antronex take 4-6 x daily until better + Colloidal silver nasal spray4-6 x daily
Pain and inflammation
Adults
Turmeric Forte take 2 every 6 hours as needed for inflammatory pain
Salgesic 2 every 6 hours as needed for pain
Nervagesic for nerve pain 2-4 x per day as needed
