Refunds
All consultations, appointments, labs, analysis, care related services and other professional services are non-refundable.
Unopened and untampered supplement products purchased directly onsite at Hometown Naturopathy may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Opened or tampered items are not eligible for return or refund.
